CRUNCHY AIR-FRIED RAVIOLI
Coated with seasoned panko, these air-fried ravioli don't skimp on the crunch factor! Serve with your favorite dipping sauce such as warmed marinara, Alfredo, or ranch. Just be sure to thaw ravioli the night before!

Steps:
- Preheat an air fryer to 370 degrees F (188 degrees C) for 5 minutes.
- Whip eggs in a shallow bowl until lemon-colored and frothy. Combine flour, salt, and pepper in a separate dish. Mix panko, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt together in a third bowl.
- Dip thawed ravioli in eggs and dredge in flour. Dip ravioli back into eggs and finally turn in panko mixture. Shake off excess breading. Place coated ravioli into the air fryer basket. Lightly spray ravioli with nonstick spray.
- Cook in the preheated air fryer for 8 minutes. Turn ravioli and increase temperature to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Fry for an additional 2 minutes.

CRUNCHY OVEN-FRIED CHEESE RAVIOLI.
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Spray the rack with nonstick spray. Add egg whites to one bowl, and in a larger bowl mix flour, bread crumbs, panko, romano, salt and pepper. Bring water to a boil and cook ravioli for half of the recommended time. I let mine boil for a little over 2 minutes, then drained them and quickly spray through them with nonstick spray to help them not stick together. Once cool to the touch, dip each ravioli in egg whites then coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere. Place on the wire rack and repeat until finished. Spray each with a quick hit of nonstick spray. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until crispy and golden. Serve hot with marinara for dipping.

- Cook ravioli according to package directions; drain and pat dry. In a shallow bowl, lightly beat the eggs. In another shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, cheese and basil. Dip ravioli in eggs, then in bread crumb mixture. , In a large skillet or deep-fat fryer, heat 1/4 cup oil over medium heat. Fry ravioli in batches for 30-60 seconds on each side or until golden brown and crispy; drain on paper towels. Halfway through frying, replace the oil; wipe out skillet with paper towels if necessary. , Sprinkle with additional cheese if desired. Serve with marinara sauce.

- Preheat an oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Place a wire rack on a baking sheet.
- Beat together the egg white and water in a small bowl. Mix bread crumbs, oregano, basil, and Parmesan cheese in a large bowl.
- Dip each ravioli in the beaten egg, and then roll in the bread crumb mixture. Spray both sides of breaded ravioli with cooking spray; place on the wire rack.
- Bake breaded ravioli in preheated oven until golden brown and crispy, 15 to 25 minutes.
