- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar and peanut butter until blended. Gradually beat in egg, banana and vanilla. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder and salt; gradually add to butter mixture, mixing well., Spread into an 8-in. square baking dish coated with cooking spray. - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with foil. leaving a 2-inch overhang on two sides. Coat the foil with nonstick spray.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.
- In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to combine the butter and sugars until creamy- about 2 minutes. Mix in the eggs, banana and vanilla; beat until combined. Beat in the flour mixture until just combined, then stir in the chocolate chips and walnuts with a wooden spoon.
- Spread the batter in the pan with a rubber spatula. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bars comes out clean- 35 to 40 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven and let the bars cool completely.
- Lift the bars out of the pan using the overhanging foil. Peel off the foil. Cut into squares.

Place the granola into a food processor and lightly process to crush up the granola, nuts, and raisins. Peel and cut each banana in half across the middle. Insert a popsicle or chop stick into the cut end of each half-banana. Spread 1 side of each banana stick with 1/4 of the peanut sauce then coat liberally with spoonfuls of granola, gently pressing it into the peanut butter.
