2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
¾ cup crunchy peanut butter
3 cups toasted oat cereal

Steps:

  • Grease an 8 inch square baking pan.
  • In the top of a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips with the peanut butter, stirring until smooth. Remove from the heat and gradually blend in the cereal.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking pan. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, then cut into large or small bars.

1 (18-ounce) tube refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
1 (12 1/4-ounce) jar caramel ice cream topping
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 cups Crispix® sweetened multi-grain cereal

Steps:

  • 1. Press cookie dough in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake 350°F for 15 to 18 minutes or until dough puffs and appears dry.2. Meanwhile, in small bowl stir together ice cream topping, flour and vanilla.3. Sprinkle chocolate morsels over hot crust. Drizzle with caramel mixture. Sprinkle with cereal. Bake about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand for 10 minutes. Run knife around edges of pan to loosen sides. Cool completely. Cut into bars.

1 egg

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Stir cookie mix, margarine and egg in medium bowl with spoon (mixture will be crumbly until soft dough forms). Stir in nuts.

1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
3/4 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup butter
24 caramels
2 tablespoons cream
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Combine flour, salt, baking soda, brown sugar, and oatmeal; cut the butter in until the mixture is crumbly.
  • Press all but one cup of the mixture into the bottom of an 8 inch square pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, combine the caramels and cream. Heat slowly in microwave, stirring frequently until caramel melts. Blend in 2 tablespoons flour. Spread this carefully over baked mixture.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips over caramel. Sprinkle the remaining one cup crumbly mixture over this.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
  • Cool.
  • Cut into squares.
