1 package (10 ounces) peanut butter chips
1 can (3 ounces) chow mein noodles
1-1/2 cups raisins
1-1/4 cups peanuts

  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Store in an airtight container.

1/2 cup roasted and salted peanuts
3 tablespoons salted butter
2 tablespoons grape jelly or raspberry preserves
Freshly ground black pepper
1 cup sweetened crunchy corn cereal
1 cup pretzels or pretzel sticks, broken into large pieces
1/4 cup candy-coated peanut pieces

Steps:

  • In a large pan on medium heat, add the peanuts, butter, jelly and a few grinds of black pepper. Cook, tossing and stirring to coat, until the peanuts are coated and warm throughout, 8 to 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and add the cereal and pretzels to the pan. Toss and transfer the mixture to a parchment-lined baking sheet or the counter. Sprinkle over the peanut candies and let cool. Toss again when cool and serve at room temperature.

2 cups Cocoa Puffs™ cereal
2 cups thin pretzel sticks (2 1/4 inch)
1 cup candy-coated peanut butter candies
1 cup dry-roasted peanuts
10 oz white chocolate baking bars or squares, chopped
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Steps:

  • In large bowl, mix cereals, pretzels, peanut butter candies and peanuts; set aside.
  • In 1-quart microwavable bowl, microwave white chocolate and butter uncovered on High about 1 minute, stirring once, until melted and chocolate can be stirred smooth. Pour over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated.
  • In large resealable food-storage plastic bag, toss half of the cereal mixture with 1/4 cup of the powdered sugar until evenly coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Repeat with remaining cereal mixture and remaining 1/4 cup powdered sugar. Store tightly covered at room temperature.

1 1/2 cups Corn Chex (corn squares)
1 1/2 cups Rice Chex (rice squares)
1 cup fat-free pretzel
1/4 cup almonds, sliced
1/4 cup raisins
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup sugar-free syrup
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  • In large bowl, combine cereal, pretzels, almonds, raisins and cinnamon; mix well.
  • In small bowl, combine syrup, oil and vanilla; slowly pour over cereal mixture. Stir will to coat evenly.
  • Spread on 15x10-inch baking ban coated with vegetable cooking spray.
  • Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown, stirring frequently. Cool. Store in airtight container.
