1/3 cup soy sauce
rice, cooked, for serving

Steps:

  • Mix the chicken, pineapple juice, brown sugar, and soy sauce together in the slow-cooker. Set the crockpot on low and cook for 6 to 8 hours. Serve over cooked rice.

1/3 cup soy sauce

  • Serve over rice.

1 Can Pineapple chunks in 100% pineapple juice
2 lb. Chicken breasts cut into pieces
1 C Pineapple juice

Steps:

  • Layer the chicken in the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Pour the soy sauce and pineapple chunks on top.
  • Add the brown sugar and stir to combine all the ingredients.
  • Place the lid on the crockpot and set it to cook for 6 hours on low.
