3 lbs red potatoes, quartered
1 cup water
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup shredded medium cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp pepper (or to taste)
Pinch of sea salt
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives

Steps:

  • Add potatoes, water, and garlic to slow cooker. Cook on high 3 to 5 hours or low 6 to 8 hours or until fork inserts easily into potatoes.
  • Stir in ranch dressing, cheeses, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, sea salt, and chives. Serve immediately.

2 lbs small red potatoes, quartered
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (1 ounce) envelope buttermilk ranch salad dressing mix
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of potato soup

Steps:

  • Put potatoes in 3 1/2 quart Crock pot.
  • In a small bowl combine cream cheese and salad dressing mix.
  • Stir in soup.
  • Add potatoes.
  • Cover - cook on low heat for 7-9 hrs or on high heat 3 1/2-4 1/2 hours.
  • Stir to blend before serving.

6 bacon strips, chopped
2-1/2 pounds small red potatoes, cubed
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of potato soup, undiluted
1/4 cup 2% milk
1 envelope buttermilk ranch salad dressing mix
3 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp, stirring occasionally. Remove with a slotted spoon; drain on paper towels. Drain drippings, reserving 1 tablespoon., Place potatoes in a 3-qt. slow cooker. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, soup, milk, dressing mix and reserved drippings until blended; stir into potatoes. Sprinkle with bacon., Cook, covered, on low until potatoes are tender, 7-8 hours. Top with green onions.
