- Put potatoes in 3 1/2 quart Crock pot.
- In a small bowl combine cream cheese and salad dressing mix.
- Stir in soup.
- Add potatoes.
- Cover - cook on low heat for 7-9 hrs or on high heat 3 1/2-4 1/2 hours.
- Stir to blend before serving.

- In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp, stirring occasionally. Remove with a slotted spoon; drain on paper towels. Drain drippings, reserving 1 tablespoon., Place potatoes in a 3-qt. slow cooker. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, soup, milk, dressing mix and reserved drippings until blended; stir into potatoes.
