- Melt margarine in slow cooker by turning cooker on Low.
- It will take about 10 minutes.
- Mix in brown sugar when margarine or butter is melted.
- Gently stir in fresh bananas and rum.

- Spoon banana mixture over vanilla ice cream and serve.

- 1. Combine the Bananas and coconut in the pot. - In a medium Bowl, combine, the cinnamon, salt, corn syrup,melted butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, rum and walnuts. Mix Well - And Pour over the Bananas and Coconut in the Crock-pot . Turn Crock-pot on LOW heat only. - Put cover on - Cook for 1 to 2 Hours. To serve - Spoon Bananas and Sauce over Individual Servings of French Vanilla Ice Cream.
