CREAMY GARLIC ALFREDO
Creamy Garlic Alfredo is just as easy as it is creamy! This delicious alfredo can be made in 20 minutes or less, so it's the perfect weeknight dinner when you need something fast but oh so good!

Steps:
- Cook penne pasta in a large pot per package directions, making sure to add ½ tsp salt to the water (cook time is about 14 minutes). Once done, drain pasta and put back in the large pot.
- In a small bowl add 1 cup of water. Drop in the bouillon cube. Put in the microwave for 2 minutes on high heat. Be careful, the edges of the bowl will be hot. Set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt stick of butter over low medium-low heat. Once butter is melted add chunks of cream cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, dried parsley flakes, italian seasoning, salt, pepper. Whisk together.
- Add chicken broth, heavy whipping cream, and parmesan cheese. Whisk together and turn heat to medium, to a low boil.
- In a small bowl, add 5 tablespoons of sauce and 1 tablespoon of flour. Mix well with a spoon. Add flour sauce mixture and whisk well.
- Let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes, continue to whisk frequently while simmering.
- Once the sauce is done pour over noodles, stir well, and serve.

CREAMY GARLIC ALFREDO SAUCE IN 15 MINUTES
We created this sauce with milk because most families have milk in the fridge. If you want to use heavy cream, then just eliminate the flour and replace the milk with heavy cream. Makes about 2 1/2 cups of sauce.

- Heat a sauce pan on medium-high heat. Melt butter, then add garlic and cook translucent and fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Whisk in flour and continue whisking to remove large clumps.
- Slowly whisk in the milk. Whisking often to make sure flour lumps are smooth, bring sauce to a low boil. Then reduce heat to low.
- Add dried herbs, mustard powder, parmesan, salt and pepper. Continue whisking until sauce is smooth and begins to thicken.
- Serve the sauce with your favorite pasta. If you're saving the sauce for later, allow the sauce to completely cool.
- Pour the sauce into mason jars or a container. Keep in fridge and use within 5 days.

- Place garlic on cutting board. Using Garlic Smash & Paste, flatten garlic and use a rocking motion until garlic is a smooth paste-like consistency.Melt butter in (2.75-qt./2.6-L) Saucepan over medium heat; add garlic paste and cook 60-90 seconds or until fragrant (do not brown). Add cream cheese; whisk until smooth. Gradually add milk, whisking constantly. Bring to simmer.Stir in cheese and pepper until completely incorporated. Cook sauce 5-7 minutes or until reaches desired thickness, stirring occasionally. Serve over pasta.

CREAMY GARLIC ALFREDO SAUCE
Besides pasta, this sauce is great on steamed veggies, a base for white pizza, and a wonderful seafood topper. Then again, I'm all for eating it with a loaf of warm Italian bread like you would fondue. This sauce will make you famous.

- 1. In a medium saucepan melt butter over medium heat-do not brown it or burn it.
- 2. Add cream cheese whisking until melted and smooth.
- 3. Whisk in the heavy cream.
- 4. Whisk in the 1 teaspoon granulated garlic and black pepper.
- 5. Reduce heat to medium low, you want it to simmer gently, stirring often until sauce thickens, around 25 minutes.
- 6. Remove from heat, stir in cheese.
- 7. Now taste. Add salt if needed. I usually add more pepper and granulated garlic.
- 8. Serve.
CREAMY GARLIC SAUCE
This sauce is great on steak and chips. We have it a lot through the summer in Australia. Serve with a nice crisp salad makes a wonderful meal. Dried parsley may be used in place of the fresh.
