CREAMSICLE FLUFF
This creamsicle fluff is the perfect picnic ready treat. This delicious jello salad is filled with mandarin oranges and marshmallows and is full of flavor!

Steps:
- In a large bowl combine orange Jell-O and boiling water. Whisk until Jell-o is dissolved.
- Add cold water and allow to chill for 15 minutes in refrigerator.
- Slowly whisk in vanilla pudding mix until smooth and chill for another 15-20 minutes or until it becomes slightly thickened.
- Fold in Cool Whip, mandarin oranges and marshmallows.
- Chill for at least 1 hour.
ORANGE CREAMSICLE FLUFF
Steps:
- In a large bowl, add the Jell-O and boiling water.Whisk to dissolve.Add cold water to the jello mixture.Chill for 20 minutes.Add in the pudding mix and whisk until smooth.Chill for 20 minutes, until thickened.Add the Cool-Whip, oranges and marshmallows lightly stir to combine.Chill about 1-2 hours.Garnish with extra oranges, marshmallows and mint .

It taste just like my favorite creamsicle ice cream,only it is a pudding.It can also be frozen to make pudding pops. yummmy

- 1. Bring 6 cups water to boil add it to the first 3 ingredients in a large bowl until all dissolved.chill over night.stir in the whipped cream , and mandarin oranges.beat well.

- Stir milk, orange juice, and orange zest together in a bowl. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a separate large bowl. Whisk egg, butter, and vanilla extract into the orange juice mixture. Whisk orange juice mixture into flour mixture until smooth batter forms.
- Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat. Drop batter in 1/4-cup spoonfuls onto the griddle and cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry, 3 to 4 minutes. Flip and cook until browned on the other side, 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.
