BAKED CREAM CHEESE SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE
You probably have everything you need to make this pasta dish in your pantry right now. This can be made ahead of time and baked when you are ready. I love these kind of dishes. The pasta was really creamy and wonderful!

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain fat and stir in spaghetti sauce.
- Drain spaghetti and place in a bowl. Add cream cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt. Stir until cream cheese is melted and spaghetti is thoroughly coated. Spread a small amount of meat sauce in the bottom of the prepared baking pan; put spaghetti on top and top with remaining meat sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly, about 30 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly oil a 9×13 baking dish or coat with nonstick spray. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions; drain well. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add ground beef and onion and cook until beef has browned, about 3-5 minutes, making sure to crumble the beef as it cooks; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Drain excess fat. Stir in crushed tomatoes, basil, oregano, parsley and red pepper flakes; season with salt and pepper, to taste. In a small bowl, whisk together cream cheese and sour cream. Add pasta to the prepared baking dish and layer with cream cheese and beef mixture; sprinkle with cheeses. Place into oven and bake until bubbly and heated through, about 15-20 minutes. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley, if desired.

- Heat a large pot over medium-low heat, add onions and cook until translucent. Add red chili flakes and fresh minced garlic, cook until garlic turns a golden color.
- Add the beef and cook until fully browned, season with Italian seasoning, granulated garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add the red sauce, fresh basil, stir and let it simmer covered over medium-low heat for 20 minutes.
- While the sauce is simmering, cook one pound of spaghetti in boiling salted water. Drain and set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta, parmesan, basil, parsley, and salt and pepper until evenly combined.
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Place the cooked spaghetti in a casserole dish and combine it with the ricotta mixture and meat sauce. Add the mozzarella cheese and extra parmesan cheese on top and place it in the oven for 5-10 minutes or until the mozzarella cheese is completely melted. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
