CRANBERRY SOUR CREAM BROCCOLI SALAD
I have absolutely hardly anything in the fridge, so the following has not been tried, and is only a thought at the moment, which I am saving on here for preparation later. I did make this, I used yogurt in place of the sour cream. I think it would also be nice with mayo, a bit of lemon juice and curry powder.

Steps:
- Blanch broccoli until tender crisp, remove to colander.
- Chop bacon and fry, set aside.
- Mix together sour cream, cranberry sauce, craisins and pistachios.
- Place broccoli, bacon and rest of ingredients in a serving bowl and stir till combined.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.

BROCCOLI SOUR CREAM AND CRANBERRY SALAD
I haven't tried this yet, I am posting it for somewhere safe to post it as I think of the recipe. Making it because I need to find something to make using ingredients that I have on hand. If you can think of anything that would improve this recipe, please submit it! I did end up making this last night, I used yogurt instead of sour cream. I was also thinking that sour cream with a bit of lemon juice and curry powder would have been nice. The kids loved this!

- Add rest of ingredients and mix till combined.
- Place in a serving bowl and add salt and pepper to taste.
