Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
- Bring milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves to a boil in a saucepan; remove from heat. Combine oats, apples, dried cranberries, and walnuts in a bowl; transfer to the prepared baking dish. Pour milk mixture over oat mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned, 30 to 35 minutes.

- In a large bowl, beat butter and sugars. Add egg, egg substitute, corn syrup and vanilla; mix well. Combine the oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, baking powder, salt and nutmeg; gradually add to egg mixture and mix well. Stir in cranberries., Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375° for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 2 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.

- In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients; mix well. Stir in cranberries. , Drop by tablespoonfuls 3 in. apart onto parchment-lined baking sheets; gently shape into mounds. , Bake at 325° until edges are lightly browned, 10-12 minutes.
