CRANBERRY BBQ CHICKEN
A very pretty chicken; you can use a whole chicken cut up, or pieces. I generally use Country Legs (thigh & drumstick) as that is the cheapest chicken available.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large skillet brown the chicken in butter/margarine. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from skillet and place in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In the drippings (in the skillet), saute onion and celery until tender. Add cranberry sauce and barbecue sauce. Mix well.
- Pour cranberry mixture over chicken and bake in the preheated oven for 90 minutes, basting every 15 minutes.

CROCK POT BBQ CRANBERRY CHICKEN
Steps:
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a gallon-sized freezer bag. Zip close and place in freezer. When ready to use thaw in fridge overnight. Cook on high 3-4 hours or low 6-7 hours.

Steps:
- 1. Place chicken pieces in a foil lined pan. I usually use a deeper type pan such as a large granite ware one because I don't like the pieces crammed tightly together. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes and drain off drippings.
- 2. While they are cooking, mix together the other ingredients, then pour onto drained chicken and cook an additional hour, depending on your oven and personal preference.

- 1. Mix equal parts cranberry sauce and BBQ sauce. Brush on chicken breasts. 2. Broil on non-stick foil lined baking pan, turning once till cooked through, about 7 mintes.
