CRANBERRY RASPBERRY PUNCH

2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen sweetened sliced strawberries
1 can (12 ounces) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 can (11-1/2 ounces) frozen cranberry raspberry juice concentrate, thawed
2 liters ginger ale, chilled
2 liters club soda, chilled
1 quart raspberry or orange sherbet

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine the strawberries, lemonade concentrate and cranberry raspberry concentrate; cover and process until smooth. Transfer to a punch bowl. Gently stir in ginger ale and club soda. Top with scoops of sherbet. Serve immediately.

A really pretty punch that everyone seems to love. The cranberry juice does not overpower the punch so even kids love this punch. I have also made it substituting orange sherbet for the raspberry and that worked well too.

1 quart cranberry juice (100% juice)
1 (2 liter) bottle carbonated lemon-lime beverage (7-up or Sprite are examples)

Steps:

  • Pour chilled cranberry juice into a pretty punch bowl.
  • Add scoopfuls of the raspberry sherbet onto the juice.
  • Pour chilled lemon-lime soda over both to make punch a bit frothy on top.
