1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 tablespoon blanched almond flour
¾ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
1 (6 ounce) can crabmeat
1 tablespoon sherry
1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
⅛ teaspoon paprika

Steps:

  • Combine cream, butter, almond flour, salt, and pepper in a blender and process until smooth. Add crabmeat and transfer to a saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil; reduce heat and let simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Add sherry and sprinkle with parsley and paprika.

1 1/2 cups mushrooms sliced
1/4 cup green bell pepper, minced
1/4 cup onion minced
1 green onions minced
2 tablespoons parsley minced
6 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons almond flour
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
3 to 4 drops hot pepper sauce
1 1/2 cups half and half
1 (6-ounce) can crab meat
1 (4 1/2-ounce) can shrimp
1 1/2 ounces sherry

Steps:

  • 1. In a small skillet over medium heat, saute mushrooms, green pepper, onion, green onion and parsley in 4 tablespoons of the butter for 5 minutes or until tender set aside.2. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt remaining 2 tablespoons butter. Stir in flour. Cook and stir for 1 to 2 minutes. Add 1 cup of the heavy cream. Stirring over medium heat, bring to a boil and boil until thickened. Stir in salt, white pepper and hot pepper sauce.3. Add half-and-half, remaining 1/2 cup heavy cream and sauteed vegetables.
