Creme-filled chocolate cookies are great in this white chocolate fudge.

3 (6 ounce) packages white chocolate baking squares
1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk
⅛ teaspoon salt
3 cups coarsely crushed chocolate creme-filled sandwich cookies

Steps:

  • In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt white chocolate squares, sweetened condensed milk and salt. Remove from heat; stir in crushed cookies.
  • Spread evenly into wax-paper-lined 8-inch square pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm.
  • Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off paper and cut into squares. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.

16 Oreo cookies, broken into chunks, divided
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons butter
2-2/3 cups white baking chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Crushed peppermint candies, optional

Steps:

  • Line an 8-in. square dish with aluminum foil; coat with cooking spray. Place half of the broken cookies in pan. , In a heavy saucepan, combine the milk, butter and chips; cook and stir over low heat until chips are melted. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. , Pour over cookies in pan. Sprinkle with remaining cookies and peppermint candies if desired. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Cut into squares.

Steps:

  • LINE 8-inch square pan with wax paper, extending paper over edges of pan.
  • MELT white chocolate squares with sweetened condensed milk and salt in heavy saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat; stir in crushed cookies. Spread evenly in prepared pan.
  • CHILL 2 hours or until firm. Remove from pan by lifting edges of wax paper. Cut into squares.

¾ cup butter
⅔ cup evaporated milk
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup crumbled chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreo®)
1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreo®)

Steps:

  • Line a 13x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Bring sugar, butter, and evaporated milk to a boil in a heavy-bottomed saucepan, stirring constantly; cook and stir at a boil until mixture is smooth, 3 to 5 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat; stir white chocolate chips and marshmallow creme into the sugar mixture until completely melted. Add vanilla extract; stir.

Easy, decadent Cookies and Cream Fudge recipe! This Oreo Fudge is packed with flavor and perfect all year long!

1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream
dash salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
7 ounces marshmallow fluff
20 oreos, crushed

Steps:

  • In a mixing bowl (with a stand mixer preferred), add white chocolate morsels and marshmallow crème. Set aside.
  • In a large saucepan melt butter with sugar, heavy cream and salt. Cook and stir over medium high heat until mixture begins to boil.
  • Continue stirring and boil for 5 full minutes. Remove from heat. Pour mixture into bowl over the white chocolate and marshmallow.
  • Beat with whisk for 1-2 minutes until white chocolate has melted and mixture is smooth. Fold in crushed oreos.
  • Pour fudge into a 9-inch square baking dish lined with parchment paper. Allow to set at room temperature for 4 hours or overnight.
  • Remove from baking dish with parchment paper. Trim off edges (if you want perfect squares) then cut fudge into 1-inch bite sized pieces.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
