Here's a great, easy, dip for parties, SuperBowl's,or just anytime you want to fix something to go with those chips. You can make this in the microwave!

1 (15 1/2 ounce) can light kidney beans, drained and rinsed (can use low-sodium)
3/4 cup salsa (mild or medium)
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
salt, to taste (optional)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (can use lows-fat)
1/2 cup sour cream (can use fat-free)
2 tablespoons chives or 2 tablespoons green onions

Steps:

  • In a 1-qt. microwave-safe casserole,, mash the beans with a fork.
  • Stir in the salsa, chili powder, cumin, and salt, if desired. Stir to mix well. Stir in the cheese.
  • Cover with the casserole lid, and microwave on high power for 3 to 4 minutes until heated through. Remove from the microwave. Stir to mix in the melted cheese. Spread the sour cream on top. Sprinkle with the chives.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips (can use fat-free chips). Cover and refrigerate leftovers, which will keep 4 to 5 days.

14 ounces condensed milk (1 can)
4 tablespoons cocoa powder (or chocolate)
1 tablespoon margarine (or butter)
100 g chocolate sprinkles

Steps:

  • put all the ingredients, but the chocolate sprinkles, in a microwavable bowl
  • Microwave it for 3 minutes in high potency.
  • Mix it
  • Microwave it again for 3 minutes more still in high potency.
  • Mix it well until the cream gets some shine and all the bumps disappear.
  • Put in the fridge to cool off.
  • With 2 spoons make balls and roll it on the granulated chocolate (It is also good if you don't want to roll it, just sprinkle some sugar on top and eat it with a spoon)
  • Enjoy it!

1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
ground black pepper to taste
1 (30 ounce) can refried beans
1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
1 (16 ounce) jar salsa con queso
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
1 plum tomato, chopped
1 (6 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
3 green onions, chopped

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Mix sour cream, cream cheese, and taco seasoning mix together in a bowl.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef with the cumin, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease.
  • Spread refried beans into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Layer ground beef mixture over refried beans, lightly pressing beef into beans; top with sour cream mixture.
  • Stir salsa and salsa con queso together in a bowl; pour over sour cream mixture layer. Spread Mexican cheese blend, tomato, olives, and green onions, respectively, over sour cream mixture layer.
