8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups all-purpose flour
vegetable oil
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons water
4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons fresh coarse ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1 medium onion, minced
2 garlic cloves, minced

Steps:

  • Chicken Fingers: Cut each breast half into 4 strips.
  • Combine chicken strips, milk, and next 3 ingedients in a heavy duty zip-top bag; seal and chill 4 hours.
  • Remove chicken, discarding marinade; dredge in flour.
  • Pour oil to a depth of 2 inches in a large Dutch oven; when hot, fry chicken, in batches, 5-6 minutes or until golden.
  • Drain on paper towels.
  • Serve with Come Back Sauce.
  • Come Back Sauce: Stir together all ingredients in a bowl; cover and chill at least 1 hour.

1-2 tsp garlic salt
1 c mayonaise
1/2 c chili sauce
1/2 c ketchup
1 Tbsp mustard
1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 medium onion, finely grated
juice of 1 lemon
salt to taste

Steps:

  • 1. Add in order listed to blender and blend until well mixed.
  • 2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • 3. Serve as a dip with a veggie tray, chicken nuggets or whatever you would like.
  • 4. This is even better on the second day because the flavors mellow together.

1/4 cup A.1. Original Sauce
2 KRAFT Singles, quartered
1 pkg. (16 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Beef Franks
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. poppy seed
1/4 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
4 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1-1/2 tsp. HEINZ Yellow Mustard

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles. Brush with steak sauce; top with Singles pieces. Place 1 frank on wide end of each dough triangle; roll up. Place, seam-sides down, on baking sheet. Brush with egg; sprinkle with poppy seed.

2 large garlic cloves (peeled)
1 large sweet onion (Vidalia, Maui or Texas Sweet) (cut into quarters)
1 cup Hellman's or Blue Plate mayonnaise
1/2 cup chili sauce
1/2 cup Hunts ketchup
1/2 cup French's or Dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon Chipotle Tabasco sauce or Franks
1/2 cup peanut, canola oil or Greek Olive oil
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon each white wine vinegar
fresh squeezed Meyer lemon juice with zest or Kaffir lime
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 Dash of Smoky Gourmet Finishing Salt
1/8 teaspoon of Hungarian smoked paprika
2 tablespoons cold spring or icy cold bottled spring water

Steps:

  • Put the garlic and onion in a blender and puree. Add all the other ingredients and blend until well mixed. Refrigerate overnight so all the ingredients can marry into each other.
