1/2 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup marshmallow creme, plus more for topping
6 ounces bittersweet (not unsweetened) or semisweet chocolate, chopped
1 1/2 pints (about) coffee ice cream with almonds and chocolate
2/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted

Steps:

  • Bring whipping cream and 1/2 cup marshmallow creme to simmer in small saucepan. Remove from heat. Add chocolate and whisk until melted and smooth. Cool marshmallow sauce at least 10 minutes and up to 1 hour.
  • Place 1 scoop of ice cream in each bowl. Pour marshmallow sauce over. Sprinkle sundaes with almonds, top with dollop of marshmallow creme, and serve.

1/4 cup marshmallow creme
6 prepared brownies
6 tablespoons fudge ice cream topping
2 cups coffee ice cream
3/4 cup hot brewed espresso
6 tablespoons Kahlua (coffee liqueur), optional
Chocolate-covered coffee beans
Sea salt or smoked salt

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, beat whipping cream and marshmallow creme until soft peaks form. Refrigerate until serving., To serve, place each brownie in a dessert dish; top with fudge topping and ice cream. Pour espresso and, if desired, Kahlua over ice cream. Top with cream mixture and coffee beans; sprinkle with salt. Serve immediately.

1/2 cup hazelnuts
8 scoops (about 1 pint) chocolate ice cream
4 scoops (about 1/2 pint) coffee ice cream
1 cup Chocolate Sauce
3/4 cup Marshmallow Sauce
2 1/2 ounces milk chocolate, cut into chunks

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place hazelnuts in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet; toast until skins begin to split, about 10 minutes. Rub warm nuts with a clean kitchen towel to remove skins. Return them to tray; toast until fragrant and golden brown, 10 minutes more. Let cool.
  • Place 2 scoops chocolate ice cream and 1 scoop coffee ice cream in each of four bowls. Top with chocolate and marshmallow sauces. Sprinkle with hazelnuts and chocolate chunks; serve.
