8 Tortillas
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Steps:

  • Cut each tortillas into 8 wedges
  • Lay wedges on a baking sheet and brush with a light coating of vegetable oil
  • In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar together.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixture on top of chips
  • Bake in a 400 degree oven for 5-7 minutes or until crisp

  • Heat oven to 300°F. In large bowl, mix all ingredients except butter.
  • Pour melted butter over mixture; toss until evenly coated. Spread in ungreased 13x9-inch pan.
  • Bake 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

1 package (17.9 ounces) Crispix cereal
1 cup miniature pretzels
1 cup pecan halves
2/3 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup honey
1 cup vanilla or butterscotch chips

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine graham crackers, cereal, pretzels and pecans. Combine butter and honey; drizzle over graham cracker mixture and mix well. Transfer to two greased 15x10x1-in. baking pans. Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes, stirring once. Cool completely. Stir in chips.

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
12 (6 inch) flour tortillas
cooking spray

Steps:

  • Combine water and vanilla. Combine sugar and cinnamon.
  • Lightly coat both sides of tortillas with spray. Brush each side with water mixture. Sprinkle each side with 3/4 tsp sugar and cinnamon mixture.

1 package (1/4 ounce) active dry yeast
1-1/4 cups warm 2% milk (110° to 115°)
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup shortening
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
4 cups all-purpose flour
FILLING:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
TOPPING:
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk. Add the sugar, shortening, egg, salt and 2 cups flour; beat on medium speed for 3 minutes. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough., Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 6-8 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour., Combine filling ingredients; set aside. Punch dough down; divide in half. On a floured surface, roll each portion into a 12-in. square. Spread filling over dough. Roll up tightly jelly-roll style; pinch to seal., Cut into 1-in. slices; place on greased baking sheets (four slices per sheet). Cover with waxed paper; flatten slices with palm of hand into 3-in. circles. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes., Cover with waxed paper and flatten or roll into 5-in. circles. Brush with butter. Combine the sugar, cinnamon and pecans; sprinkle over butter. Cover with waxed paper; roll or flatten again. Discard waxed paper., Bake at 400° for 10-12 minutes or until browned. Serve warm.

16 sheets Keebler® Cinnamon Crisp® graham crackers *
1/2 cup mixed dry roasted nuts
1/2 cup sunflower seed
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup raisins

Steps:

  • 1. Break crackers into bite-size pieces. Line 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan with foil. Lightly coat with nonstick cooking spray. Spread cracker pieces, nuts and sunflower seeds on foil.2. In small saucepan cook and stir honey and margarine or butter over low heat until margarine melts. Drizzle over cracker mixture.3. Bake at 250°F about 45 minutes or until crisp, stirring twice. Cool in pan. Loosen mixture with metal spatula. Stir in raisins. Store in airtight container.*NOTE: Each cracker sheet measures about 5 x 2-inches and is scored into 4 pieces.
