6 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons cinnamon

Steps:

  • Mix the first three ingredients together.
  • Once mixed then add milk.
  • Take the mixture and knead it on a firm surface.
  • Take 1 tablespoon and roll it into a ball.
  • Roll the ball into the cinnamon.
  • Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.

1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
⅛ teaspoon salt
½ cup margarine
3 tablespoons granulated artificial sweetener
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
½ cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Sift dry ingredients, set aside. Beat margarine, sugar, egg, and vanilla. Add the flour mixture.
  • Refrigerate dough for one hour.
  • Powder hands lightly with flour and make ball about the size of a small egg, by using 1 tablespoon dough. Mix cinnamon and nuts together and roll balls in the spice mixture. Place on greased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart. Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from pan soon as they come from oven.

1 teaspoon ground cardamom

  • Blend 1/2 cup walnuts, dates, cinnamon, and cardamom together in a blender until almost smooth. Roll mixture into little balls. Place finely chopped walnuts in a shallow bowl and roll balls in walnuts to coat. Store balls in refrigerator.

3 tablespoons Karo light corn syrup
12 ounces vanilla wafers
1 cup almonds, toasted
1/4 cup butterscotch schnapps
1/4 cup apple Schnapps
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon, for rolling

  • Place nut and wafers into a food processor and process till fine.
  • Add rest of ingredients and process till all well combined.
  • Shape into 1 inch balls pressing to mold them.

1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup butter, softened
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 300*F.
  • In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; mix well with a wire whisk and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, using an electric mixer on medium speed, blend the sugars.
  • Add the butter and mix to form a grainy paste.
  • Scrape down the sides of the bowl, then add the eggs and vanilla; mix until light and fluffy.
  • Add the flour mixture and blend at low speed just until combined. Do not overmix.
  • Shape dough into 1" balls and roll each in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  • Place 2" inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets and bake 18-20 minutes.
  • Using a spatula, immediately transfer cookies to a cool, flat surface.

2 cups sugar
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
1-1/2 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
1 to 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch salt
2-1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon shortening
1/2 cup ground nuts, optional

Steps:

  • Butter the sides of a heavy saucepan; add the first five ingredients. Cook and stir over medium-high heat until sugar is dissolved. Cook, without stirring, until a candy thermometer reads 238° (soft-ball stage). Remove from the heat. Cool, without stirring, until mixture reaches 110°. , Transfer to a large bowl; add the cinnamon, vanilla and salt. Beat until light-colored and stiff enough to knead, about 2 minutes. Knead mixture in bowl for 2 minutes or until smooth. Roll into 1-in. balls; cover and freeze for 20 minutes. , In a microwave, melt chips and shortening; stir until smooth. Dip balls in chocolate; allow excess to drip off. Roll in nuts if desired. Place on waxed paper; let stand until set.

  • 1. Cream butter, blend in sugar and flour. Add pecans. Roll into small balls and bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Roll into cinnamon sugar mixture and cool on rack. Makes about 30 cookies.

1 cup(s) unsalted butter, softened
2/3 cup(s) powdered sugar
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Preheat oven 350 degrees. Spread the walnuts on a baking sheet and toast in the oven, tossing occasionally until fragrant, 6-8 minutes, let cool. In a food processor , process the walnuts until finely ground. In a large bowl, whisk together walnuts, flour, cinnamon and salt, set aside. using an electric mixer, beat the butter, 1/3 cup sugar on medium high until light and fluffy, 2-3 minutes. Beat in the vanilla. Reduce mixer speed to low and gradually add the flour mixture, mixing until just combined. Do not over mix.
  • Shape the dough into 1-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on baking sheet. Bake 12-14 minutes, until just beginning to brown. Let cool slightly on baking sheet, then transfer to wire rack. Place the remaining 1/3 cup powdered sugar on a platter. Roll cookies in sugar to coat, then dust with cinnamon. Makes about 36 cookies.
