Number Of Ingredients 5

1-1/2 cups boiling water
1 pkg. (8-serving size) JELL-O Strawberry or Strawberry-Banana Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin
2 cups cold water
1 cup chopped strawberries
1 banana, sliced

Steps:

  • Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Refrigerate about 1-1/2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves definite impression).
  • Stir in strawberries and banana. Pour into 5-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold. Store leftover gelatin mold in refrigerator.

  • Refrigerate 1 hour or until slightly thickened.

1 package (8-serving size) strawberry-flavored gelatin
1 1/2 cups cold water
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened

Steps:

  • Spray multi bundt muffin pan with cooking spray. Pour boiling water on gelatin in medium bowl; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in cold water.
  • Beat cream cheese into gelatin mixture, using wire whisk, until smooth. (Or place gelatin mixture and cream cheese in blender; cover and blend on medium speed until smooth.) Pour mixture into muffin pan cups. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour or until firm.

2 (3 ounce) packages strawberry gelatin
1 cup boiling water
2 (10 ounce) cartons frozen strawberries
1 cup chopped pecans
3 medium bananas, sliced
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup sour cream
1 strawberry, sliced, for garnish
4 slices fresh pineapple, for garnish

Steps:

  • Dissolve the gelatin the boiling water.
  • Add the remaining ingredients except the sour cream.
  • Pour half of the mixture in a salad mold; let chill until firm.

1 cup cold water
1-1/2 cups sliced strawberries
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

Steps:

  • Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Place strawberries in 6-cup mold; cover with 2 cups gelatin. Refrigerate 30 min. or until gelatin is set but not firm.
  • Meanwhile, refrigerate remaining gelatin 30 min. or until slightly thickened. Whisk in 2 cups COOL WHIP until well blended. Spoon over gelatin layer in mold.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold. Serve topped with remaining COOL WHIP.
