4-1/2 cups fresh broccoli florets
3 cups chopped sweet red pepper
10 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1/3 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup chopped pecans
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
Dash pepper

Steps:

  • Combine the first 5 ingredients. In a small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour over broccoli mixture; toss to coat. Refrigerate, covered, until serving.

3 cups sweet red peppers, chopped
10 slices bacon, strips cooked and crumbled
1/3 cup green onion, sliced
1/4 cup pecans, chopped
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 dash pepper

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients.
  • In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, cider vinegar and pepper until smooth. Pour dressing over broccoli mixture; toss to coat.
  • Cover and refrigerate until serving.

1 cup cauliflower, chopped finely
1 cup celery, sliced
1/2 cup red onion, diced
1/2 lb. bacon, finely chopped (optional)
1/2 sunflower seeds
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 cup grated old cheddar cheese (optional)
dressing:
3/4c mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp white vinegar

Steps:

  • Chop, chop, chop veggies and add bacon if desired. Add sunflower seeds. Make dressing and pour over veggies. Let marinate for two hours or overnight. MMMmmmm. It's delicious.
