Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F.
- Lay the crackers face up on a large rack over a baking sheet (or broiler pan). Scoop about 1 teaspoon of the grated Parmesan onto each cracker. Cut the package of bacon in half (or cut pieces individually) and carefully, so the cheese doesn't fall off, wrap each cheese covered cracker with one half piece of bacon, completely covering the cracker. It should fit snugly around the cracker, but not be pulled too taut. Place the bacon-wrapped crackers onto the rack. Place the baking sheet in the oven for about 2 hours. Serve immediately or at room temperature!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a greased or sprayed rimmed baking sheet (16" x 11") and cover with foil or parchment so it also comes up the sides.
- Chop the bacon into bits and cook in a pan until crispy. Drain on some kitchen paper and set aside.
- Put down a single layer of crackers to cover the pan
- In a saucepan, add the sugar and butter and heat until it has all melted and begins to boil. Be careful because this mixture is HOT. Give it a stir and when the syrup is boiling, continue to boil for 3 full minutes.
- After 3 minutes, pour the mixture, CAREFULLY (It is hot remember!) over the crackers and place in the oven for 5 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the bacon all over. Allow to completely cool then break in to pieces.

Spicy, savory, sweet, and salty, it was hard to stop picking up one more piece. Once baked, it's crunchy, light, and flaky. Enjoy this for breakfast or as an after-dinner treat. Wrap pieces of this Christmas Bacon Crack in a cellophane baggie for a hostess gift.

Steps:
- On medium heat brown slices of bacon for 5 min per side and set to drain on paper towels until cooled. (Turkey bacon can be substituted for the faint of heart.)
- On a parchment-lined baking sheet, spray lightly with cooking spray (I like butter flavored). Roll out one tube of crescent rolls and pinch together seams.
- Brush pastry with 1/8 c of syrup covering the entire surface. Sprinkle very lightly with white pepper, paprika, and chipotle pepper (use as little or as much as you like, but go very very easy or leave off completely).
- Then coat evenly with brown sugar to cover completely.
- Chop cooled bacon and sprinkle evenly over the entire top and drizzle with remaining syrup.
- Bake for 10 min. Turn and bake for 10-15 more min till golden brown and delicious looking (warning, at this point, do not try to lick the top surface as it will result in blisters and taste buds being destroyed).
- Important*** Remove from oven and allow to cool completely!!!!!!! Slice into desired shapes and serve. I prefer diamonds, why? Just because. ENJOY and share at your own discretion.
