2 pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
2 cups cold milk
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
64 vanilla wafers
2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

Steps:

  • Beat pudding mixes and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in COOL WHIP.
  • Arrange 16 wafers on bottom of 8-inch square dish; cover with 1/3 of the pudding mixture. Repeat layers twice. Top with remaining wafers. Refrigerate 4 hours.
  • Microwave chocolate in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until melted when stirred. Drizzle over dessert.

45 honey graham cracker squares (11 ounces)
3 1/2 cups milk
2 (3 1/2 ounce) boxes instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed
1 can prepared chocolate frosting

Steps:

  • Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan.
  • Arrange 15 graham cracker squares evenly in pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine milk and pudding mixes; blend at low speed until well blended (about 2 minutes).
  • Let pudding stand for 5 minutes or so.
  • Fold Cool Whip into pudding and spread half of mixture over graham crackers.
  • Top with 15 more graham cracker squares, remaining pudding mixture and remaining graham cracker squares.
  • Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • Carefully spread frosting over top.
  • Cut into squares and serve.
  • Store leftovers in refrigerator.

2 cups cold milk, divided
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
22 graham crackers
1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate
1/4 cup butter
1-1/2 cups powdered sugar

Steps:

  • Beat pudding mix and 1-3/4 cups milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in COOL WHIP.
  • Layer about 1/3 of the grahams and half the COOL WHIP mixture in 13x9-inch pan, breaking grahams as necessary to fit; repeat layers. Top with remaining grahams.
  • Microwave chocolate and butter in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min., stirring after 1 min. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Add sugar and remaining milk; mix well. Spread over grahams.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours.

1 carton (8 ounces) Cool Whip® Whipped Topping, thawed
64 vanilla wafers
2 squares (1 ounce each) semisweet chocolate

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set. Fold in whipped topping. Arrange 16 wafers over the bottom of an 8-in. square dish; cover with 1/3 of pudding mixture. Repeat layers twice. Top with remaining wafers. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours., Just before serving, place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt chocolate and stir until smooth; drizzle over wafers. Store in the refrigerator.

My sister-in-law LOVES eclairs. I actually made them -- easy enough, though mine weren't pretty. So I was on a mission to find something similar but easier. I found this recipe in a little Kraft Jell-o pamphlet. I have yet to have HER try it, but the husband emphatically decided we needed to keep this one!

2 cup(s) cold milk
8 ounce(s) whipped topping, thawed
64 - nilla wafers
2 - squares semi-sweet chocolate

Steps:

  • Beat pudding mixes and milk for two minutes. Stir in whipped topping.
  • Arrange 16 wafers in bottom of 8" square dish; cover with 1/3 of pudding mixture. Repeat layers twice. Top with remaining wafers. Refrigerate four hours.
  • Microwave chocolate in microwavable bowl on HIGH for one minute or until melted when stirred. Drizzle over dessert (may have to add a little water to make it drizzling consistency).

1 3/4 cups milk
1 (3 1/2-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding or French vanilla pudding and pie filling mix
1 (4-ounce) container frozen whipped topping thawed (about 1 3/4 cups)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or milk
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
14 graham crackers
1/4 cup almonds sliced

Steps:

  • In a small mixer bowl at low speed, beat milk and pudding mix just until blended. Fold in whipped topping and vanilla set aside.In a small saucepan over very low heat, melt chocolate chips with oil. Stir to blend.Line the bottom of an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan with a single layer of graham crackers. Cover with about half of the pudding mixture. Cover with a layer of graham crackers. Pour half of the chocolate mixture over and spread to edges. Top with remaining pudding, a single layer of graham crackers and remaining chocolate glaze. Sprinkle with almonds. Cover pan and refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
