1 1/2 ounces crème de cacao (or other chocolate liqueur)
Garnish: chocolate candy
Garnish: powdered cocoa (for rim)

Steps:

  • Gather the ingredients.
  • Rim a cocktail glass with cocoa: Wet the rim by dipping it in a small dish of the chocolate liqueur, then dip or roll it in a dish of cocoa powder.
  • Pour the vodka and chocolate liqueur into a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes.
  • Shake vigorously .
  • Strain into the prepared glass.

2 tablespoons coarse sugar
1 teaspoon finely ground coffee
Ice cubes
1-1/2 ounces vodka
1-1/2 ounces Kahlua
1-1/2 ounces Irish cream liqueur

Steps:

  • Sprinkle sugar and coffee on a plate. Moisten the rim of a cocktail glass with water; hold glass upside down and dip rim into sugar mixture. , Fill a mixing glass or tumbler three-fourths full with ice. 50ml Irish cream liqueur
50ml coffee liqueur
1 tbsp chocolate syrup
100ml vodka
handful of ice

Steps:

  • Dip a pastry brush into the melted chocolate and brush up the side of two glasses. Chill until set.
  • Pour the Irish cream liqueur, coffee liqueur, chocolate syrup and vodka into a shaker with a handful of ice and shake hard until the outside of the shaker feels very cold. Strain into the glasses.
