1 package (14 ounces) sweetened shredded coconut
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
2 large egg whites
1 package fudge brownie mix (13x9-inch pan size)
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1 ounce semisweet chocolate, chopped
1 teaspoon canola oil

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the coconut, milk and egg whites until blended. Set aside., Prepare brownie mix according to package directions for fudgelike brownies. Spread onto a greased 12-in. pizza pan., Bake at 375° for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Spread coconut mixture over crust to within 1/2 in. of edges. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake 20-25 minutes longer or until topping is golden brown. Cool completely on a wire rack., In a microwave, melt chocolate and oil; stir until smooth. Drizzle over pizza.

6 ounces, or 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons, blanched or raw almonds
6 ounces, or 1 1/4 cups plus 3 tablespoons, confectioners' sugar

Steps:

  • Grind the almonds with half of the confectioners' sugar in your food processor, stopping to break up any caking as needed, until finely ground but not at all oily. Sift through a medium sieve. Grind the almonds that don't pass through the sieve with the remaining confectioners' sugar until reduced to a fine powder. Transfer all of the almond and sugar powder to a bowl, break up any caking with your fingertips, and mix thoroughly.

Banana wheels

Crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
Whipped cream
Chocolate crisp
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
5 tablespoons butter
2 cups rice cereal
1/4 cup mini semisweet chips

Steps:

  • Top chocolate crisp with 1 or all of above ingredients.
  • In a bowl set over hot water or in the top of a double boiler, combine the cup of chips and butter and allow to melt. Stir occasionally until completely dissolved and smooth. Fold rice cereal in gently and allow to cool slightly. Add mini chips and stir just until combined. Roll out onto waxed paper. Press gently into the shape of a circle about 10 inches in diameter.

PIZZA CRUST
1 can(s) pillsbury crescent rolls
1/4 c butter, cold
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c flour
pinch of salt
GLAZE
1/2 c powdered sugar
1 Tbsp butter, soft
1 1/4 tsp vanilla
1-1 1/2 Tbsp milk

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400. Cut in butter to sugars, cinnamon, salt and flour to form crumbles. On ungreased cookie sheet separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles.
  • 2. Sprinkle with crumbs and bake 8 to 12 minutes. After cooled cut into smaller triangles and drizzle with glaze.

Steps:

  • Preheat pizzelle maker. Beat the first 4 ingredients until smooth. In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder; stir into egg mixture., Bake in pizzelle maker according to manufacturer's directions until golden brown. Cool completely on wire racks., In a microwave, melt chocolate chips and butter; stir until smooth. Stir in cocoa, water and extract until blended. Drizzle over pizzelles. Sprinkle with almonds; let stand until set. Store in airtight containers.
