HOT WIENERS RHODE ISLAND STYLE
Steps:
- In a medium saute pan over medium heat add, margarine and 1 minced onion. Saute till translucent, but do not brown. Next add chili powder, paprika, allspice, curry, dry mustard and cinnamon. Then add beef, stir thoroughly and cook for 5 minutes, add water and simmer over medium to low heat for 30 minutes.
- In a medium sauce pot boil hot dogs with salt and steam buns.
- When meat is done simmering, add meat mixture to the hot dog in the bun, top evenly with minced onion, yellow mustard, and a sprinkle celery salt.

It was sent in to them by Karen Tausend of Bridgeport,Michigan.I submitted this recipe to Food.com (a.k.a "ZAAR " on August 3rd.,2011.Edited on August 23,2011 I made this recipe and thought that Lori Mama's suggestion of adding garlic was a good idea....

Steps:
- 1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
- 2. While pasta is cooking,in a large skillet,cook the hot dogs,onion and celery in the oil until tender.
- 3. Add both the sauces,mustard,chili powder,garlic powder( if using ),salt,and pepper.
- 4. Cook uncovered for 8 to 10 minutes, or until heated through,stirring occasionally.
- 5. Drain spaghetti, toss with hot dog mixture.
- 6. Sprinkle with cheese.( I just let each person add whatever amount they wanted on their serving. )

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook the beef, onion and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Transfer to a greased 2-1/2-qt. baking dish; stir in the remaining ingredients. , Cover and bake for 65-70 minutes or until spaghetti is just tender. Let stand, covered, for 10 minutes.

- 1. Place oil in large saucepan. Saute the onions for 4 minutes. Add the hotdogs and saute another couple of minutes.
- 2. Add the tomato sauce, mustard, cumin, chili powder and Worcestershire sauce.
- 3. Cook until thickened a bit. Add the cooked spaghetti. Simmer 5 minutes. Serve with cheese sprinkled on top
