6 Tbsp. KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing, divided
1/2 cup finely crushed pretzels
2 Tbsp. minced dried minced onion
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Mix 3 Tbsp. mustard and 1 Tbsp. dressing in shallow dish. Mix pretzel crumbs, onion, parsley and pepper in separate shallow dish.

poupon mustard
bread crumbs of your choice
parsley
4 Tbsp butter, melted

Steps:

  • 1. Coat chicken breasts liberally with mustard.
  • 2. Roll in bread crumbs and place in greased pan.
