Yield 6 stuffed crescents

Steps:
- 1. Cut chicken in small cubes and cook (following instructions on Taco seasoning's packet) 2. Preheat oven to 350 3. Open the package of Pillsbury Crescent rolls (one pack usually has 6 "triangles" for crescents) 4. Unroll each triangle, place 1/6 of cooked chicken, 1/6 tomato, 1/6 cilantro, 1/6 green onion, 2 slices of jalopeno and 1/6 shredded cheese on the larger end of each triangle. 5. Now roll the crescent (following rolling instructions on the pillsbury box) (you may think you have too much filling and not all edges may close... just roll as tightly as possible (edges will close automatically upon baking!)) 6. Take the 6 stuffed crescents and place them side by side (forming a ring) (on a butter-sprayed pan). (I used a pie dish... six crescents fit perfectly on the edges of the dish) 7. Spray top of crescents with Butter and Bake for 15 - 20 minutes, or until golden brown 8. Serve with more shredded cheese and Sour cream!

Steps:
- Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. In a bowl mix canned chicken(drained) with some cheese and one spoonfull of the cream of chicken soup. The chicken will be in big chunks you can shred them with a fork and then fluff it. Roll out your cresent rolls and separate them. Place a fork full of the chicken mixture into the large portion of the cresents. Once all the cresents have chicken in then carefully roll the cresent around the chicken and place in the baking dish. In a pan combine the cream of chicken soup with about a half can of milk, this will be the sauce that goes over the chicken cresent when done. Bake according to directions on package.
