½ pound angel hair pasta, uncooked
2 teaspoons oil
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
2 cups milk
½ cup PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
1 large red pepper, cut into strips
¼ cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 tablespoons pesto

Steps:

  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 7 min. or until done.
  • Stir in milk and cream cheese spread; cook 3 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and sauce is well blended. Add peppers, Parmesan and pesto; stir. Cook 3 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Drain pasta. Add to cream cheese sauce; toss to coat.

5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 (15 ounce) jar Alfredo pasta sauce
1/2 cup prepared basil pesto
2 (14 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
1 (16 ounce) package Penne pasta (or your favorite pasta)
1/2 cup fresh shredded Parmesan cheese - optional topping
2 Tablespoons fresh chopped basil - optional topping
2 tomatoes (diced) - optional topping

Steps:

  • Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Place chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Pour Alfredo sauce, pesto, and tomatoes (undrained) on top of chicken.
  • Cook on low heat for 5-6 hours (or high heat for 3-4 hours) or until chicken is cooked through.
  • Near the end of the cooking time, cook the pasta according to the package directions and drain well.
  • Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred using 2 forks (it should come apart fairly easy).
  • Add the chicken and pasta back to slow cooker and mix together.
  • Serve topped with fresh Parmesan cheese, fresh basil, and fresh diced tomatoes (optional toppings).

2 sticks Unsalted butter
1 tablespoon Thyme
4 cups Grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups Pasta water
3 cups Heavy cresm
1 teaspoon Pepper
5 pieces Chicken breast
1 jar Pesto
2 box Fettuccine pasta
3 heads Large red or orange tomatoes
1 tablespoon Corn starch flurry

Steps:

  • Cut chicken breast in halfs and place in plastic bag with jar of pesto to marinade over night or for at least three hours
  • Slice tomatoes in halfs and then quarters. Place marinaded chicken breast on a sheet pan and then place all the tomatoes on top of chicken and place foil over it and cook at 350 for 45 minutes of so. Let rest and cut each on a bias
  • In a large pan melt butter, add heavy cream, thyme, pepper, cheese and let mix until creamy on medium-low
  • Boil water for pasta and cook as directed per directions. Cook pasta and save two cups of pasta water to the alfredo sauce
  • Take corn starch and add to two tablespoons of cold water to it and mix well, then pour in alfredo sauce
  • Stir well to thicken the sauce
  • Take pasta for one person and place in alfredo sauce and mix well. Place on a plate and add as much chicken as desired on top of the pasta. Yummy
