24 pepperoncini peppers
24 Philadelphia Cream Cheese, soften

Steps:

  • Remove the stem form the pepperoncini pepper and stuffed with soft cream cheese and place onto a pieces of dry salami and wrap and using a toothpick to hold together.

1 package of ranch seasoning
1 package of cream cheese
1 package of sandwich wraps
Romaine lettuce
package of shredded cheese
1lb salami and any other lunch meats

Steps:

  • Mix ranch seasoning and cream cheese in a medium bowl. Spread mixture on wrap, and layer with salami, lettuce, and cheese. Roll and slice to size using toothpicks to hold together

20-24 oz canned chicken
1/4 c chopped green onions
1/4 c chopped and drained roasted red bell peppers (from 7.25 oz. jar)
1/4 c chopped ripe olives
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
1/4 c pine nuts
1/2 c mayonnaise
7-8 large tortillia wraps any flavor ( personal favorite is jalepeno flavor)

Steps:

  • 1. In large bowl flake chicken and combine all ingredients except for wraps. Mix well
  • 2. Put three tablespoons of salad mixture in middle of wrap and spread evenly, fold the sides and roll up the ends and cut into two pieces at an angle.
