8 cups cold water
1 can (12 ounces) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed plus 3/4 cup thawed lemonade concentrate
2 liters ginger ale, chilled
1 liter cherry lemon-lime soda, chilled
Optional: maraschino cherries and lemon wedges

Steps:

  • In a large punch bowl, combine water and lemonade concentrate. Stir in ginger ale and lemon-lime soda. If desired, garnish with maraschino cherries and lemon wedges. Serve immediately.

Back in 1952, a co-worker gave me the recipe for this versatile rosy punch. It's not too sweet, so it really refreshes. Over the years, I've served it to my family and friends at countless gatherings, from picnics to holiday parties. -Davlyn Jones, San Jose, California

Number Of Ingredients 7

3/4 cup thawed lemonade concentrate
1 can (6 ounces) frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks, undrained
2 cups water
2 liters cherry soda, chilled
2 liters ginger ale, chilled
Optional: Lemon slices and lime slices

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine concentrates and pineapple; cover and blend until smooth. Pour into a gallon-sized container; stir in water. Store in the refrigerator. To serve, pour the mixture into a punch bowl; add cherry soda and ginger ale. Garnish with lemon and lime slices if desired.

2-liter bottle lemon-lime soda
1 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
1 cup sugar
One 10-ounce jar maraschino cherries, with juice
Thin lime slices

Steps:

  • Chill all ingredients before mixing.
  • When cold, combine the lemon-lime soda, lime juice, sugar, cherries with their juice and lime slices in a large pitcher and stir. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Serve with a ladle, getting cherries and limes in each serving.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/2 pound fresh cherries, pitted
1 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
4 cups seltzer
Ice cubes and fresh mint sprigs, for serving

Steps:

  • Place the pitted cherries in a large mixing bowl. Add the sugar, lime juice and salt. Stir until the cherries are evenly coated. Set aside at room temperature for 1 hour to macerate the cherries.
  • Drain the cherry mixture, collecting and reserving all the juice. Thread the macerated cherries amongst 8 cocktail skewers and set aside for garnish.
  • Stir together the reserved cherry juice and seltzer in a small pitcher.
  • Fill 8 highball glasses with ice cubes. Pour the cherry sparkler over the ice and garnish each glass with a skewer of cherries and a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.

  • Slowly pour soda into a 2 gallon pitcher. Add cherry juice.
  • In a bowl, whisk together warm water and drink mix.

3 packages (3 ounces each) cherry gelatin
2 to 3 cups sugar
6 cups boiling water
1 can (46 ounces) unsweetened pineapple juice
1 can (12 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 can (12 ounces) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 gallon cold water
2 bottles (2 liters each) ginger ale

Steps:

  • In a stockpot, dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water. Stir in the pineapple juice, concentrates and cold water., Transfer to several freezer containers. Sugar substitute equivalent to 1 cup sugar
2 liters lime carbonated water, chilled
1/2 cup maraschino cherry juice
8 maraschino cherries with stems
8 lime slices

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine lime juice and sugar substitute. Cover and refrigerate. Just before serving, stir carbonated water into lime juice mixture. , For each serving, place 1 tablespoon cherry juice in a glass. Add crushed ice and about 1 cup of lime juice mixture. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a lime slice.
