1 3 oz. pkg. cherry jello (or any other flavor)
2 20 oz. cans crushed pineapple
1-2 15 oz. cans mandarin oranges (drained)
1 8 oz. container whipped cream
1 10.5 oz. pkg. marshmallows (we use the colorful ones for fun, the white when we're being "formal")

Steps:

  • In a big bowl, dump the crushed pineapple WITH the juice (don't drain it!!). Dump the jello in with the pineapple. Stir the entire thing until it's thickened. Fold in whipped cream and stir well.
  • Add in the mandarin oranges and stir. Add marshmallows. Put in the fridge to chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

1 package (3 ounces) cherry gelatin
1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling
1 package (3 ounces) lemon gelatin
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
2 tablespoons chopped pecans

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, bring 1 cup water to a boil. Stir in cherry gelatin until dissolved. Stir in pie filling. Pour into an 11x7-in. dish. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set., In a small saucepan, bring remaining water to a boil. Stir in lemon gelatin until dissolved. 1 pint blueberries
1/2 pound Bing cherries
2 medium oranges, peeled, pith removed
2 tablespoons eau de vie

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the blueberries and raspberries. Working over parchment paper, pit the cherries, discard the pits, and add the fruit to the berry mixture. Section the oranges and add them to the bowl.
  • Pour the juices that have collected on the paper into the bowl, add the eau de vie, and gently toss. Divide among four bowls and serve.

2 cups hot water
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, juice drained and reserved
3 bananas, sliced
1 ½ cups cold water
1 cup miniature marshmallows, or as needed
¾ cup white sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 egg
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Steps:

  • Dissolve gelatin completely in 2 cups hot water and pour into desired mold. Mix crushed pineapple, bananas, and 1 1/2 cup cold water into gelatin mixture; top with miniature marshmallows. Chill until firm.
  • Whisk reserved pineapple juice, sugar, flour, and egg in a saucepan over low heat and cook, whisking constantly, until mixture almost comes to a simmer and becomes thick, about 5 minutes.
