HAMBURGER CASSEROLE
Cheesy Hamburger Casserole has layers of seasoned ground beef and cheese. Top with crescent rolls and grated Parmesan cheese.

Steps:
- In a skillet, brown ground beef and onion. Drain.
- Stir in pasta sauce, heat through.
- Spread meat in an ungreased 2-quart baking dish.
- Combine mozzarella cheese and sour cream. Spoon over meat mixture.
- Unroll crescent rolls but do not separate into triangles. On a lightly floured surface, press the edges together and roll out to fit the baking dish. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, in a 375º F. oven for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

This easy 4-ingredient ground beef casserole with a crescent roll crust is always a family favorite!

- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Spray an 11 x 7-inch baking dish with cooking spray. You can also use a 9 x 13-inch dish -- it will just yield a slightly thinner crust and beef layer. Either works well, though!
- Unroll crescent roll dough and press into the bottom of the prepared dish to form a crust. Set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain any grease from the skillet.
- Stir in 1 cup of salsa.
- Spoon beef mixture over the crescent roll dough. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until crust is golden brown. Cut into squares and serve.

CHEESY HAMBURGER-CRESCENT CASSEROLE
This is an extremely easy and yummy recipe that includes ingredients you probably have laying around in your fridge! It's a great go-to dish when you need something quick to make for dinner! If you have a lot of mouths to feed, I would recommend doubling the recipe, as this is only for an eight-inch baking dish.

- 1. Preheat oven to 350º.
- 2. Brown hamburger in onion powder and green pepper. Drain.
- 3. Add tomato sauce, chili powder and garlic powder. Simmer.
- 4. Separate each biscuit into two pieces. Press half of the biscuits over the bottom of an ungreased eight-inch square baking dish.
- 5. In a small bowl, combine half a cup of cheese, sour cream and egg.
- 6. Stir the sour cream mixture into the meat mixture. Spoon over dough that has been pressed to the bottom of the baking dish.
- 7. Top the dish with the remaining biscuits and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- 8. Bake for about thirty minutes or until the cheese is lightly browned.
CHEESY BEEF CRESCENT CASSEROLE
This is one of those old-timey recipes that's been handed down and adapted from my grandma, to my mom, to me. It's a simple hamburger-type casserole dish that's easy and satisfying.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Add green beans, onion, and bell pepper. Cook until onion is tender, about 5 minutes; drain well and return to the skillet. Pour in tomato sauce and garlic powder and mix until well combined. Set aside.
- Press the crescent roll dough into the bottom and sides of an 8-inch pie plate to form an even crust.
- Combine Monterey Jack cheese and egg in a bowl. Spread 1/2 of the cheese mixture into the bottom of the crust. Top with all of the beef mixture. Finish with remaining cheese mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven until egg is set and cheese is melted, 20 to 25 minutes. Serve hot.
