Word of advice - so easy, so cheesy, so good, but you should only make these bread sticks when surrounded by plenty of people to help you eat them. Otherwise, you may end up eating all by yourself and no one to stop you

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 425.
- 2. Mix butter and garlic in a small bowl and set aside.
- 3. Unroll pizza dough onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet and brush with butter and garlic mixture.
- 4. Sprinkle cheeses and spices evenly over the dough.
- 5. Use a pizza cutter and cut dough into stick shapes (Lengthwise into 7 long strips and crosswise into 3 strips). Do not seperate strips.
- 6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until light golden brown.
- 7. Recut along each strip and remove from cooking sheet.
- 8. Serve sticks warm with marinara sauce.
CHEESY GARLIC BREADSTICKS RECIPE
Cheesy garlic breadsticks made with refrigerated pizza dough for a quick and easy side dish.

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- Roll out pizza dough on prepared pan.
- Brush dough all over lightly with olive oil.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top in an even layer.
- Use fingers to sprinkle minced garlic on top.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top, as desired.
- Bake for 12-18 minutes, or until lightly golden brown on top.

- Preheat oven to 450 degrees fahrenheit. Chop the cauliflower florets into chunks and steam them in a steamer or on the stove until slightly soft for 15 minutes. Place in a ricer or grate. One large head should produce approximately 3 cups of riced cauliflower. The remainder can be used to make additional pizza crusts immediately, or can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week. To Make the Bread: Prepare your baking stone or sheet by spreading a small amount of olive oil on it and top with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, stir together 1 cup cauliflower, egg, Parmesan and mozzarella. Add oregano, crushed garlic and garlic salt, stir. Transfer to the baking stone or sheet, and using your hands, pat out into a large rectangle. Bake at 450 degrees fahrenheit for 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Mix 2 tablespoons butter and garlic in a small bowl and spread the butter and garlic mixture over baked cauliflower bread and top with Parmesan and Mozzarella cheeses. Place back in the 450 degree oven until all cheese is melted. Slice and Serve!

This recipe is going to make you happy if you are grain free or Celiac. I wish I would have known about this recipe back in the days I was trying the Atkins diet! Super Yummy!

Steps:
- Heat water to 105-110 degrees farenhight, add yeast and proof.
- Combine flour, powdered milk, sugar, and olive oil in a bowl.
- Split 1 1/2 cups of grated cheddar cheese in two. Place one half of the cheese in the flour mixture and the other half in a separate bowl.
- In a standing mixer place flour mixture and proofed yeast. Mix on low speed for about 5-8 minutes.
- Form into a ball and let rise for 1 hour.
- Add 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese to the the other half of the cheddar cheese. Then add the panko bread crumbs, sesame seeds and salt. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl add melted butter and minced garlic. let stand for at least 30 minutes to let garlic flavor incorporate with the butter.
- After dough has risen (doubled in size) split into 32 pieces, and roll out into breadstick shape.
- Take one of the breadsticks a with a pastry brush, brush with the melted butter and garlic. Then roll into the breadcrumbs and cheese mixture.
- Place on a pan and repeat with the remaining sticks.
- Place in a 400 degree oven for about 11-12 minutes, or until golden brown. ENJOY!
