1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups fresh baby spinach, coarsely chopped
2 naan flatbreads

1 carton (8 ounces) fresh mozzarella cheese pearls

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°. Toss squash with oil and salt; spread evenly in a 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Roast until tender, 8-10 minutes. Transfer to a bowl; stir in spinach., Place naan on a baking sheet; spread with hummus. Top with squash mixture and cheese. Bake on a lower oven rack just until cheese is melted, 4-6 minutes. Sprinkle with pepper.

1 10-ounce tube refrigerated pizza dough
3/4 cup garlic-and-herb cheese spread (such as Alouette), divided
3/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese, divided
3 tablespoons chopped fresh Italian parsley, divided
1 small red onion
1 7- to 8-inch-long zucchini (yellow or green), cut crosswise into 1/8-inch-thick rounds, divided

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper; spray with nonstick spray. Unroll dough onto parchment. Spread half of herb cheese over 1 long half of dough, leaving 1/2-inch plain border. Sprinkle with half of Parmesan and 2 tablespoons parsley. Using parchment as aid, fold plain half of dough over filled half (do not seal edges). Spread remaining herb cheese over top; sprinkle with remaining Parmesan. Remove enough outer layers of onion to yield 2-inch-diameter core; cut into 1/8-inch-thick rounds. Arrange 1 row of zucchini down 1 long side of dough. Arrange onion rounds in row alongside zucchini. 4 ounces goat cheese
8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon freshly chopped basil leaves
2 tablespoons freshly chopped chives
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Flour, for work surface
3/4 pounds store-bought pizza dough
1 medium red onion, sliced thin
1 zucchini, cut into thin rounds
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl fold together the goat cheese, cream cheese, garlic and herbs. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Line a sheet tray with parchment paper and lightly flour a work surface. With a rolling pin, roll the dough into an oval shape that fits a half sheet tray and lay out on the parchment paper.
  • Spread dough with the goat cheese mixture, leaving a 1/2-inch edge. Arrange the red onion in a row, overlapping slightly. Repeat with the zucchini.
  • Brush the red onion, zucchini, and crust with olive oil. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes, salt and pepper, to taste, and the Parmesan. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and using a pizza cutter, slice into thin strips for serving.

1 clove garlic, minced
1 can (13.8 oz.) refrigerated pizza crust
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Finely Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend
1 jar (12 oz.) roasted red peppers, drained, cut into strips

Steps:

  • Heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook on medium-low heat 20 min. or until golden brown, stirring frequently. Add garlic; cook and stir 2 min. Remove from heat.
  • Heat oven to 400°F. Unroll dough onto baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; press into 14x12-inch rectangle. Bake 5 min.
