1 ounce ranch dressing mix
½ cup breadcrumbs
½ cup parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
4 chicken breasts (skinless and boneless)
½ cup mayonnaise

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Prep Dredge: In a shallow plate, combine the ranch dressing mix with the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese. Place the mayo in another shallow plate.
  • Coat Chicken: Dredge the chicken breasts first through mayo on both sides, then through the breadcrumb mixture. Place into the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake: Transfer the baking dish to the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes or until a thermometer reads 165°F when inserted into the thickest part of the chicken breast.

This EASY baked ranch chicken recipe needs just 4 ingredients + 10 minutes prep! The whole family will love this cheesy bacon ranch chicken breast.

4 medium Chicken breasts
1/2 tsp Sea salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper
6 tbsp Ranch dressing ((divided into 1/4 cup and 2 tbsp))
8 oz Fresh mozzarella cheese ((sliced into 8 slices))
6 slices Cooked bacon ((chopped))

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (204 degrees C).
  • Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Place the chicken into a stoneware baking dish, so that the pieces are just barely touching, but not crowded. Spread 1 tablespoon ranch dressing over each chicken breast. Top each with 2 slices of fresh mozzarella.
  • Cover the baking dish with foil, so that the foil is not touching the cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the foil. Sprinkle chopped bacon on top of the chicken. Bake, uncovered, for 10-15 more minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Drizzle the remaining 2 tablespoons of ranch over the chicken.

8 chicken breasts
1 ½ cup mayo
3 Tablespoons minced garlic
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3 packets of ranch seasoning mix

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 9X13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Place chicken breasts in a single layer on the bottom of the baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl, mix mayo, garlic, shredded cheese and ranch seasoning together.
  • Spread mayo mixture on top of each chicken breast.
  • Place uncovered into the oven and cook for 30 minutes or until completely cooked through and golden brown on top.
  • Serve immediately.

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - rinsed and patted dry
¼ cup seasoned panko Japanese-style bread crumbs
¼ cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (thawed)
1 1/2 cups ranch dressing
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup Cheddar cheese
1 packet ranch dressing mix

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Poor ranch dressing into a medium sized bowl, and set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, Cheddar cheese, and the packet of ranch dressing mix.
  • Mix until well combined.
  • Dip thawed chicken breasts into the bowl of ranch and place on the covered cookie sheet.
  • Sprinkle the top of the chicken breast with the cheese and ranch seasoning mixture, until you can't see the chicken breast.
  • Place the ranch and cheese covered chicken breasts into the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked all the way through.
  • Sprinkle with extra Cheddar and Parmesan cheese when it is freshly out of the oven (our family really likes cheese)
