CHEESEBURGER TURNOVERS
Cheeseburger Turnovers are perfect for the picky eaters in your family who don't eat anything unusual, but you can easily add ingredients to them too. All it takes is 4 ingredients--refrigerated biscuits, ground beef, American cheese and milk!

Steps:
- Brown ground beef seasoned with salt and pepper; drain excess grease.
- Flatten canned biscuits.
- Put one heaping Tablespoon of ground beef in center of biscuit.
- Fold the cheese slices in half and half again and put on top of beef.
- Top with another biscuit, and seal the edges with a fork; prick top with fork.
- Place them on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Brush top of biscuits with milk.
- Bake at 425 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 400°. In a large skillet, cook beef, onion, salt and pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain and cool. , Place 2 biscuits overlapping on a floured surface; roll out into a 5-in. oval. Place about 1/4 cup of meat mixture on 1 side. Fold a cheese slice to fit over meat mixture. Fold dough over filling; press edges with a fork to seal. Repeat with remaining biscuits, meat mixture and cheese. , Place on a greased baking sheet. Prick tops with a fork. Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown.

I got this recipe from a Pillsbury cookbook (on that you get at the checkout counter) anyway, I got this recipe years agoand made it for my kids and they loved it. I have a picture of it but couldn't get it small enough to go in the image place.. oh well!! LOL I make this for me and hubby now as the kiddies have long left the...

- 1. Preheat over to 375*. In a large skillet brown the ground beef and onions until beef is thoroughly cooked. Drain. Add the ketchup and mustard. Mix well
- 2. Seperate the dough into 8 biscuits. On an ungreased large cookie sheet press or roll each biscuit into a 6 inch round. Spoon filling onto one side of each biscuit. Sprinkle each with cheese. Top with 2 pickle slices. Fold dough in half over the filling. press edges with a fork to seal. Make 2-3 slits on top of each. Brush each biscuit with the beaten egg and sprinkle the sesame seed if you want it. Bake at 375* for 18-22 minutes or until biscuit is golden brown.
BROCCOLI, HAM AND CHEESE FOLDOVERS

- Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 2 cookie sheets with cooking spray. In large bowl, stir Bisquick mix and boiling water until dough forms. Place dough on surface sprinkled with Bisquick mix; roll in Bisquick mix to coat. Knead 20 times. Divide dough into 6 balls. Return balls to bowl; cover with plastic wrap.
- Cook broccoli & cheese sauce as directed on box; empty into medium bowl. Stir in ham, onions and Cheddar cheese; set aside. In small bowl, beat egg and water with fork or wire whisk until blended; set aside.
- Pat or roll 1 ball of dough into 7-inch round. Spoon about 1/2 cup ham mixture onto half of the round; moisten edge of round with water. Fold other half of dough round over filling; press edge with fork to seal. Place on cookie sheet. Repeat with remaining dough and filling.
- Brush tops of foldovers with egg mixture; sprinkle each with 1/2 teaspoon Parmesan cheese. Cut 3 slits in top of each for steam to escape. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F In a small bowl, blend feta cheese, green onions, and egg.
- Cut pastry into 12 (3 inch) squares.
- Place a mounded tablespoon of feta mixture in the center of each square.
- Moisten edges with water, and fold pastry over filling to form a triangle.
- Press edges together firmly with a fork to seal.
- Lightly brush pastries with the egg yolk mixture.
- Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown.

- Crumble the mince in a large bowl, then tip in the breadcrumbs, cheese, Worcestershire sauce, parsley and eggs with 1 tsp ground pepper and 1-2 tsp salt. Mix with your hands to combine everything thoroughly.
- Shape the mix into 12 burgers. Chill until ready to cook for up to 24 hrs. Or freeze for up to 3 months. Just stack between squares of baking parchment to stop the burgers sticking together, then wrap well. Defrost overnight in the fridge before cooking.
- To cook the burgers, heat grill to high. Grill burgers for 6-8 mins on each side until cooked through. Meanwhile, warm as many buns as you need in a foil-covered tray below the grilling burgers. Let everyone assemble their own, served with their favourite accompaniments.
