Steps:
- In a bowl, combine egg yolk, ground beef, onion, salt and pepper. Shape mixture by teaspoonfuls into 24 balls. Remove crusts from bread; roll flat and cut into 1-1/2-in. rounds. Place meatballs on bread rounds; make a depression in each ball and fill with a cube of cheese, making sure bread is covered with meat mixture. , Place on a baking sheet. Broil in preheated oven about 6 in. from heat for 3-5 minutes or until no pink remains. Garnish with ketchup, mustard, sliced green onions or sliced dill pickles if desired.

- Preheat oven to 400°. In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the tomato sauce, ketchup and pepper. Spoon half into a greased 8-in. square baking dish; sprinkle with half of the cheese. Repeat layers., Place biscuits around edges of dish. Bake, uncovered, until the meat mixture is bubbly and biscuits are golden brown, 18-22 minutes.

Here's what you need: refrigerated biscuit, ground beef, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, mustard, brown sugar, cheese, topping of your choice

- Crumble and cook the beef in a skillet adding salt and pepper to season. Drain.
- Mix in ketchup, Worcestershire, mustard, and brown sugar.
- Grease a muffin tin, and line 8 cups with the refrigerated biscuits.
- Divide the meat mixture among the 8 cups.
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10-15 minutes, until the biscuit dough is brown.
- Top with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
- Top with your favorite toppings and serve.

- In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook bacon over medium heat, turning often, until browned but not overly crisp. Drain on paper towels. Discard all but 1 tablespoon drippings. Cut each bacon slice into 4 pieces.
- On each toothpick, thread 1 tomato half, 1 bacon piece and 1 lettuce piece; set aside.
- In large bowl, mix remaining ingredients except cheese. Fold in cheese. Shape tablespoonfuls of mixture into meatballs; flatten slightly to resemble hamburgers.
- In same skillet, heat bacon drippings over medium-high heat. Cook burgers in drippings 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until meat is no longer pink. Insert 1 toothpick in each burger; serve immediately.
