A super simple recipe using a bag of frozen cauliflower. This dump and go recipe has all the flavors of India without all the work or the need to go to your favorite Indian restaurant. Low carb recipe.

1 bag frozen cauliflower florets
2 tbl olive oil
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp nigella seeds
1/2 tsp tumeric
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp whole cumin seeds (or sub ground cumin)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Open bag and dump frozen cauliflower in a large bowl. Add in the rest of the ingredients and stir well to combine.
  • Spread out on a large, lined cookie sheet.
  • Roast for 15 minutes, and flip or shake cauliflower and continue roasting for 10 minutes.

12 oz bag of frozen cauliflower
olive oil spray
salt
pepper
garlic powder
onion powder
powdered parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to 450 degrees
  • Place the frozen cauliflower florets on a nonstick baking sheet and spray generously with olive oil spray to coat
  • Sprinkle on even amounts of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until evenly coated
  • Roast at 450 degrees for 15 minutes without flipping
  • Remove from the oven after 15 minutes, and stir/flip the cauliflower
  • Spray again with olive oil spray, then sprinkle on powdered parmesan cheese over the tops of the cauliflower florets
  • Roast an additional 5 - 10 minutes, until florets are browned with crispy edges
  • Serve and enjoy!

1 lb frozen cauliflower
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon fine sea salt or Kosher
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon curry powder (Note 1)
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice (more to taste, optional)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 230 degrees Celsius/ 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper (Note 2).
  • Place the frozen cauliflower in the middle of the baking sheet. Add olive oil and spices, toss to coat all over. Spread the pieces evenly all over the baking tray.
  • Bake for about 25 minutes, or until fork-tender and nicely browned. The baking time depends on the oven and the size of the florets.
  • Squeeze some fresh lemon juice on top, sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve.
