1 head cauliflower
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup flour
3 eggs

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Combine flour, cheese, garlic powder, and any additional seasonings you prefer in a bowl and mix.
  • Break and beat eggs in a separate bowl.
  • Add cauliflower to egg wash and coat evenly.
  • Dip each cauliflower piece in flour mix.
  • Place on greased cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes.

1 head cauliflower
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder (to taste)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
cooking spray

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400*.
  • Cut cauliflower into florets and place in a bowl.
  • Add cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper and toss well to coat.
  • Coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Spread cauliflower on sheet and bake until tender, about 10 minutes, stirring once during baking.
  • Makes about 8 - 1/2 cup servings at zero points.

1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs
3 eggs
Salt/Pepper to taste

  • 1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2.Combine & mix together the bread crumbs, cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic in a bowl. 3.Break and beat eggs in a separate bowl. 4.Carefully dip each cauliflower piece into the egg and dip in the bread crumb mixture. 5.Place on a greased cookie sheet & bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut cauliflower florets into grape sized pieces. There should be about 4 cups. Place cauliflower in a medium bowl; add cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper. Toss well to coat. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray. Spread cauliflower on sheet and bake until cauliflower is tender but not mushy, sitrring halfway through, about ten minutes.

This is a recipe I received at a Weight Watcher meeting several years ago. It's a great side dish to any meal and very low in points (however, I think they track differently now).

1 medium head cauliflower
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp olive oil

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat a baking pan with spray or use a silpat liner.
  • 2. Cut cauliflower florets into bite sized pieces; place in a bowl. Mix cumin, chilli powder, salt, pepper and ground ginger with olive oil. Pour over florets and toss to coat.
  • 3. Spread evenly onto baking sheet. Cook until tender but not mushy.
