NO BEAN TURKEY AND SWEET POTATO CHILI
This Turkey Sweet Potato Chili is so good, you might want to double the recipe!! It's made with no beans, but you can of course add them if you wish!

Steps:
- In a large skillet, brown turkey over medium-high heat, breaking it up as it cooks into smaller pieces and season with salt.
- When meat is browned and cooked through add onion and garlic; cook 3 minutes over medium heat.
- Add the can of Rotel tomatoes, sweet potato, tomato sauce, water, cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt and bay leaf.
- Cover and simmer over medium-low heat until potatoes are soft and cooked through, about 25 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Add 1/4 cup more water if needed. Remove bay leaf and serve.
- Press saute, spray the pot with oil and brown the turkey breaking it up as it cooks into smaller pieces and season with salt and cumin.
- When meat is browned and cooked through add onion and garlic; cook 3 minutes.
- Add the can of Rotel tomatoes, sweet potato, tomato sauce, water, cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt and bay leaf.
- Cover and cook high pressure until potatoes are soft and cooked through, about 15. Natural release.
- Remove bay leaf and serve.

- Heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground turkey and garlic; cook and stir about 5 minutes until turkey is cooked through.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine. Bring the mixture to a boil; reduce heat.
- Simmer for 10 minutes or until chili has thickened.

- In a large skillet, cook turkey and onion over medium heat until turkey is no longer pink and onion is tender, 5-7 minutes, breaking up turkey into crumbles; drain. Transfer to a 3- or 4-qt. slow cooker., Stir in broth, sweet potato puree, chiles and seasonings. Cook, covered, on low 4-5 hours. Stir in beans; cook until heated through, about 1 hour. If desired, top with sour cream, cilantro and red onions. Freeze option: Freeze cooled chili in freezer containers. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Heat through in a saucepan, stirring occasionally; add broth if necessary.
