APPLE BREAD PUDDING WITH CARAMEL DESSERT SAUCE
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 by 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, vanilla and egg yolks and set aside.
- Add the cubed apples, pecans and cubed bread to the prepared baking dish and toss to combine. Pour the custard over the bread and apple pieces. Carefully toss to coat, making sure that the cubed bread is submerged in the custard, and let stand to allow the bread to soak up the custard, 10 to 15 minutes.
- Bake until the center has set, about 45 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes. Drizzle Caramel Dessert Sauce over the bread pudding. Serve with extra sauce and vanilla ice cream.
- In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine the sugar, butter, buttermilk and corn syrup. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and cook for 1 minute. Remove from the heat and slowly add the baking soda (it will foam up), followed by the vanilla and cinnamon. The sauce will thicken as it cools. Serve warm.

- Prepare and bake cake according to package directions, using two greased 9 inch round baking pans.
- Cool for 10 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely.
- In a large bowl, whisk milk, pudding mixes, apple pie spice and brown sugar for two minutes.
- Let stand until soft set.
- Cut one cake layer, if needed, to fit evenly into an 8 quart punch bowl.
- Poke holes in cake with a long wooden skewer.
- Gradually pour a third of the caramel topping over cake.
- Spread with a spatula.
- Sprinkle with 1/2 cup pecans.
- Spread with half of the pudding mixture.
- Spread one can of pie filling over pudding mixture.
- Spread one carton of whipped topping on top of pie filling.
- Top with remaining cake and repeat the layers.
- Drizzle the remaining caramel topping on top and sprinkle with remaining pecans.
- Refrigerate until serving.

- Place apples in crock pot.
- Pour juice over apples.

- Cut roll of cookie dough in half and set 1 half aside for another pizza.
- Add flour to remaining dough and knead with.

- 1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Sprinkle walnuts onto a cookie sheet and roast for 7-8 minutes. Set a side.
- 2. In a medium bowl combine the cookie crumbs, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Cut in softened butter until the crumbs are moist and hold together. Press into a non-stick springform pan and bake until lightly golden. Cool slightly. Reduce oven to 325 F.

- 2. Unroll both tubes of cresent rolls onto work surface, roll out into (2) 16x8 inch rectangles; press seams together. Cut into 16 4 inch squares. Press 1 square in the bottom and up sides of each of 16 ungreased regular-size muffin cups.
- 3. Mix together 1 can apple pie filling, 1 tsp. ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and all spice. Place 1 teaspoon caramel topping in the bottom of each muffin cup. Place filling in ach muffin's cup (1-2 Tbsp) each. Fold cresent corners over top of filling.
