- In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, egg and milk until smooth. Stir in the bacon, cheese, onion and half of the tomato; set aside., Cut each biscuit into four pieces; press each piece into a greased miniature muffin cup. Fill with cream cheese mixture; top with remaining tomato., Bake at 375° for 14-16 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

- 1. Preheat oven to 375 F
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the baking mix, cheese, and water. Mix until dough is firm.
- 3. Bake at 375 F for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- 4. Combine the melted butter, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, and parsley in a saucepan on the stove and mix together on low heat.
- 5. Brush the butter mix over baked baked biscuits immediately upon removing from oven
