1 (12 ounce) container whipped cream cheese frosting

Steps:

  • Line an 8-inch square baking pan with waxed paper.
  • Spoon peanut butter and cream cheese frosting into a microwave-safe bowl; heat in microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir mixture and heat again in microwave for 30 seconds; stir again until completely blended.
  • Pour mixture into the prepared baking pan. Refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.

1 cup unsweetened peanut butter
1 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
optional: pinch salt (only if your peanut butter is unsalted)
vanilla liquid stevia (optional or sweetener of choice to taste)
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
2 tablespoons Swerve confectioners (or sweetener of choice)

Steps:

  • Slightly melt or soften the peanut butter and coconut oil together in the microwave or low heat on the stove.
  • Add this to your blender and add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Blend until combined.
  • Pour into a parchment lined 8 by 5 loaf pan.
  • Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
  • If using chocolate sauce, whisk ingredients together and drizzle over fudge after it's been set.
  • Best if kept refrigerated.

1 tsp pure vanilla extract
3/4 c creamy or chunky peanut butter

Steps:

  • 1. Put the Splenda blend & milk into the top of a double boiler set on medium high heat
  • 2. Bring it to a boil
  • 3. Boil 2 1/2 minutes
  • 4. Take it off the heat
  • 5. Add the peanut butter and vanilla
  • 6. Stir just until mixed well
  • 7. Pour into a greased 9 X 9 pan

2 teaspoons butter, softened
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup whole milk
1-1/3 cups peanut butter
1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow creme

Steps:

  • Line an 8-in. square pan with foil; grease with butter., In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar and milk; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat., Stir in peanut butter and marshmallow creme until blended. Immediately spread into prepared pan; cool slightly., Refrigerate until firm. Using foil, lift fudge out of pan. 2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda

3 bananas, mashed

  • 2. Cream butter with Splenda, sugar blend
  • 3. Add eggs & vanilla, beat well
  • 4. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, & sea salt

6 bacon strips, diced
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
3 thin onion slices
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 pound ground beef
3 slices process American cheese
3 hamburger buns, split

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Remove with a slotted spoon to paper towels. In the drippings, saute mushrooms and onion until tender. Transfer to a large bowl with a slotted spoon; add bacon. , In another bowl, combine the egg, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, salt, pepper and horseradish; sprinkle beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into six 1/4-in.-thick patties. , Divide bacon mixture among three patties. Top with a cheese slice; fold in corners of cheese. Top with remaining patties; seal edges. , Grill, uncovered, over medium-hot heat for 5-6 minutes a side or until a thermometer reads 160° and meat juices run clear. Serve on buns.
