BUCKEYE BROWNIES
These Buckeye Brownies are amazing! Rich chocolate brownies topped with a homemade peanut butter filling and chocolate ganache.

Steps:
- Prepare brownies according to package directions for a 13x9. Make sure to line your baking dish with parchment paper.
- While brownies are baking, make peanut butter filling. In a mixing bowl, combined melted butter, peanut butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Beat until combined.
- Remove brownies from oven when done baking. Gently drop peanut butter filling onto top of warm brownies, using fingertips to make sure brownies are completely covered.
- For the ganache, in a small microwave safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and heavy cream. Heat for one minute. Stir until smooth. Pour over peanut butter layer and spread until evenly distributed.
- Refrigerate brownies for 2 hours (or more). Cut into bars while chilled. Serve and enjoy!!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Combine brownie mix, oil, eggs, and water together in a bowl until batter is smooth; pour into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven until edges of brownies begin to pull away from the sides of pan, 28 to 31 minutes. Remove dish from oven and cool brownies.
- Beat confectioners' sugar, peanut butter, and 1/2 cup butter together in a bowl until smooth and creamy; spread over cooled brownies.
- Heat chocolate chips and 6 tablespoons butter together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, until melted, about 5 minutes; spread over peanut butter layer. Cool and cut into squares.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Line a 13x9-in. baking pan with foil, letting ends extend up sides; grease foil. , Prepare brownie mix batter according to package directions. Transfer to prepared pan. Top with butterscotch chips, coconut and, if desired, pecans. Drizzle with milk. Bake until topping is light golden, 35-40 minutes., Cool completely in pan on a wire rack. Lifting with foil, remove brownies from pan. Cut into bars. Store in an airtight container.

- Prepare brownie mix according to box instructions.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and melted butter.
- Distribute scoops of the peanut butter mixture on top of the brownie and flatten the mixture to achieve an even layer.
- In a small bowl, combine the milk chocolate chips and butter. Microwave at 15-second intervals until melted, stirring after each interval.
- Pour the chocolate mixture on top of the brownies, then evenly spread to achieve a flat, even layer.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Slice and serve.
