Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl beat together the brownie mix with the melted butter, egg white and 1/3 cup water until well combined. Use a rubber spatula to fold in the chocolate chunks and crushed candies.
- Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and use an offset spatula to spread into an even 1/4-inch-thick layer. Scatter over the pretzel twists and gently press into the top. Sprinkle with the sea salt.
- Bake until crisp looking and mostly dry, 30 to 40 minutes. Then turn off the oven and leave the brittle inside until completely cool and dry. Break apart and serve.

My sister is forever making snacks and cookies and she came up with this recipe. I loved the brownie taste and just had to have the recipe.

- 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- 2. Place all of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Mix all together until just combined.
- 3. Pour mixture onto parchment-line large baking sheet and spread as thin as you can get it - I used as wooden spoon to mix all and spread mix into pan.
- 4. As my brittle was still too soft the day I made it, I preheated the oven to the 325 degrees, turned the oven off and put my pan of brownies back in for a few minutes to crisp up the too-soft brownie pieces.
- 5. Best to cut into pieces while the brittle is still warm. I used a pizza cutter. when completely cool, break into those pieces.

- Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Grease bottom of 9-inch square pan with shortening or cooking spray. Make and bake brownies as directed on box. After removing pan from oven, set oven control to broil.
- Immediately sprinkle marshmallows and graham crackers over warm brownies. Broil with top 4 to 5 inches from heat 30 to 60 seconds or until marshmallows are golden brown. (Watch carefully; marshmallows and graham crackers will brown quickly.) Sprinkle with candy. Cool on cooling rack, about 3 hours until chocolate is set. Cut into 4 rows by 4 rows.

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, beat the eggs, oil, sugar, water and vanilla. Whisk together the flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder and, if desired, espresso powder; stir into egg mixture until blended. , Spread into a greased or parchment paper-lined 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Top with chopped nuts if desired. Bake until very firm to the touch, 12-15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Break into pieces. In a microwave, melt chocolate chips and oil; stir until smooth. Drizzle over pieces. Let stand until set before cutting.
