2 Packages 10oz each of frozen chopped broccoli
1/4 Cup Butter
1 Large Onion, Chopped
2 Tablespoons All Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup of Milk
1 Jar (8oz) Cheese Whiz
3 Eggs Slightly Beaten
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
1 1/2 Cup Seasoned Croutons, Slightly Crushed.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325
  • Thaw broccoli and let it drain in a colander.
  • Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Add onions and stir until bubbly.
  • Pour in milk and add flour to make a roux, by cooking until mixture boils and thickens.
  • Add the cheese and stir into the mixture until melted.
  • Remove from heat and add the broccoli, eggs, salt, nutmeg and pepper.
  • Pour into a slightly greased 2 qt casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle with croutons. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes

1 package (16 ounces) frozen chopped broccoli
2 tablespoons water
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup whole milk
1-1/2 cups cheese and garlic croutons

Steps:

  • Place broccoli and water in a microwave-safe 2-qt. dish. Cover and microwave on high for 6-8 minutes or until tender; drain. , Stir in the soup, cheeses and milk. Cover and microwave for 2 minutes or until cheeses are melted. Sprinkle with croutons.

4 heads fresh broccoli, chopped
1 ½ cups shredded American cheese
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 ½ teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
3 tablespoons butter
2 cups crushed, seasoned croutons

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook broccoli in the boiling water for 1 minute. Drain, and set aside.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, mix the cheese, cream of mushroom soup, salt, and pepper. Stir until cheese is melted. Add the broccoli, stirring to coat. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Mix in the croutons, and sprinkle over the broccoli mixture.

4 tablespoons EVOO - Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 tablespoons butter
6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh thyme finely chopped
3 to 4 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
Black pepper
6 About 6 cups cubed stale white bread (such as Amy's), enough to fill large casserole dish
1 1/2 cups grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, divided
Salt
1 large or 2 medium heads of broccoli, cut into thin florets
5 to 6 cups cooked chicken, 4 poached

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Heat EVOO over medium heat in a sauté pan and add butter. When it foams, add garlic, thyme, parsley and black pepper; swirl for a minute or 2. Place bread cubes in a large bowl, toss with butter sauce and half the cheese. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake until deeply golden and crispy, 20 minutes. (Croutons can be stored in foil at room temp or in an airtight container for several days.) Bring a couple of inches of water to a boil in a deep skillet. Salt water and add broccoli; cook to tender-crisp, 5 minutes, and drain. (Broccoli can be stored in a plastic bag for several days.) 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen broccoli
1/2 cup butter
4 tablespoons flour
4 chicken bouillon cubes, crushed
2 cups milk
8 ounces Velveeta cheese
2 cups croutons, for later
6 tablespoons melted butter, for later

Steps:

  • Cook broccoli according to package in salted water.
  • Drain, saving 2/3 cup water for later (or add water to equal 2/3 cup).
  • Put broccoli in bottom of 1-1/2- 2quart casserole.
  • In pan, melt 1/2 cup butter, blend in flour and chicken cubes stirring to make smooth paste.
  • Add milk, and cheese until smooth.
  • Pour over broccoli.
  • Mix the 2/3 cup water and 6 Tbsp melted butter together, pour over about 2 cups croutons, mix lightly with broccoli in casserole, cover.
  • Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
