CLASSIC WHISKEY SOUR
The most famous of sour cocktails: the whiskey sour! It's perfectly balanced with bourbon, lemon and sweetener. Garnish with an orange peel and a cocktail cherry.

- Add the bourbon whiskey, lemon juice, and syrup to a cocktail shaker. Fill with a handful of ice and shake until very cold.
- Strain the drink into a lowball or Old Fashioned glass. Serve with ice, an orange peel and a cocktail cherry.

- Put the whisky and lemon juice in a beer mug and add the beer SLOWLY. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
ALL-AMERICAN WHISKEY SOUR

- Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for five seconds. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice. Garnish with an orange and cherry "flag".
- Stir ingredients together until sugar is fully dissolved.

- Combine the simple syrup, lemon juice and whiskey in a shaker. Fill with ice. Cover and shake for about 30 seconds, until the shaker is frosty. Strain into martini glasses and garnish with a maraschino cherry. This can also be served in tumblers full of ice.
